1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by GO Lifting Group Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging our services, visiting our website, or making a booking, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services

We provide lifting operations and related consultancy services, including but not limited to crane hire support, lifting plans, supervision, and compliance documentation.
All services are delivered in accordance with LOLER, BS7121, and relevant safety standards.
Service details, project scope, and fees will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms will be outlined on invoices. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within [X] days of the invoice date.
Late payments may result in interest charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Once a booking, contract, or project has been confirmed, all payments are non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation by the client, full payment remains due unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If we are unable to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, site conditions, safety risks), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, but no refunds will be issued.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client must:

Provide accurate project information, site details, and access arrangements.
Ensure compliance with all site safety rules and cooperate with our appointed persons, supervisors, and operators.
Maintain appropriate insurance cover for their site, equipment, and personnel.

6. Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the contract.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All documents, lifting plans, drawings, and materials produced by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. They may not be copied, shared, or reused without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised effective date.
